We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to fix it.

Returns
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Customers pay return shipping unless we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged.

To start a return, email us at support@empoweredmomsthrivingkids.com with your order number.

Refunds
Once we get your return, we’ll check it and process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs aren’t refundable.

Exchanges
Need a different size or color?
Email us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll help you with an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items
We can’t accept returns on:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Gift cards

• Digital downloads

Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days with photos so we can make it right.
